Group registration
Opening of a group form
The group captain can open a group by following the procedure indicated on this page. When opening a group, the captain must:
–Enter any contact and billing details.
–Select the bib number pick up method: collective or individual. If you choose “collective”, make sure you tell your runners NOT to go individually to collect their numbers, but to go to the group’s bib number distribution meeting point, which you will have determined.
–Choose the method of payment: collective or individual. The captain pays for the whole group (one payment when the group closes) or each runner pays for his or her entry.
As a reminder, there may be different distances within a group (children, adults, walkers, runners or trail runners).

How to
- Group registration with a minimum of 15 riders
- Select one of the sections at the bottom of the registration form (Schools, Associations, Companies, JCPMF) and click on "create a group".
- Communicate your group code to your guests, so they can register themselves
- Close the group in one move, 10 days before the race
- And enjoy group benefits: collective bibs collect (if ok with anti-covid rules), private space, inter-team challenge, preparatory group training, etc.

Last-minute change / Cancellation
Changing the distance of a person in a group: it is possible at the “litige” table, only if the new distance is less than the first one chosen. In this case, there is no supplement or refund. This is a service offered to groups.
Change of names for a bib already printed: within a group, these changes are still possible and free of charge for 1 person or 5% of the group at most. Beyond that, it is necessary to go back to the classic registration process and a payment unrelated to the group payment.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations after the bibs are printed (30 days prior to the race).
Group services
Groups can order medals for their participants. On every distance, there is a team’s ranking classement (companies, associations,…) as well as a school’s ranking.

Discount “group Je Cours Pour Ma Forme” (-2€)
Groups “Je Cours Pour Ma Forme” active during the year can create a group to benefit from the 2€ discount per participant. One free bib for an coach up to 30 runners, two free bibs beyond that.
